Families of Shia Missing Persons Hold Protest at Karachi Press Club

Karachi (Afh) Families of Shia missing persons staged a protest demonstration outside the Karachi Press Club, demanding the immediate recovery of their loved ones and justice for the affected families.
The protest was attended by prominent religious and social figures, including Allama Sadiq Jafri, Allama Aqeel Musa, and social leader Khalid Rao, who expressed solidarity with the families and condemned the continued disappearances.
Addressing the gathering, representatives of the families warned that if their demands were not heard, the next phase of protest would be held outside Bilawal House. They further stated that in case of continued inaction, the protest movement would be expanded to the offices of state institutions.
The protesters urged the government and concerned authorities to take immediate and effective measures for the recovery of Shia missing persons and to ensure accountability. The demonstration concluded with chants and placards carrying the slogan #RecoverShiaMissingPersons.
