In another incident of sexual brutality in Sahiwal. A Sexual assault. a man, a resident of Area Kuchi Abadi District Sahiwal, Punjab Pakistan and he works as a welder, on April 12, his child named Rehan Qasim, who is about nine years old was raped. He was playing on a bicycle when suddenly an unknown person came and tricked the child by saying that I am your father’s friend and I will take the sweets and other things. This unknown man exually brutalized and raped Rehan Qasim and fled from the scene and when another child went to see Rehan Qasim and saw child was lying unconscious. The father went and saw that the child was in front of him. Muhammad Arshad Walam Muhammad Anwar Liaqat Ali and Bashir and other people went there and eye witnessed the whole incident. When the child narrated the whole story, the father also took a CCTV video of an unknown person from the public medical store who was present, in which the unknown person was guiding the child. FIR has been filed and help is also sought for legal action against the culprit. Qasim Ali s/o Basheer Ahmed belongs to Caste Mughal from area Kachi Abadi Street Number 2 120/9 Tehsil and District Sahiwal, Punjab Pakistan. Further investigation has been handed over to the Investigative Police of the said area. In view of this brutal incident Chairman Action for Humanity Syed Talat A. Shah referred to the government of Pakistan and the law enforcement agencies, especially the government of Sindh, regarding the sexual abuse and violence of children in Pakistan for a long time. I pleaded with the government to take action towards education and training, especially towards such sexual beasts and to take steps towards mental health, but unfortunately, no seriousness has been shown by the #government of #Pakistan.
